The process of identifying, defining, and structuring the entities that represent a brand so AI systems can accurately interpret and recommend it.

Entity mapping is the systematic identification and documentation of the people, brands, products, topics, locations, and concepts that make up a brand's entity profile. It identifies core entities (brand, key people, products), supporting entities (related topics and industry associations), the relationships between them, and gaps where entity signals are weak or contradictory. A complete entity map gives AI systems the information they need to accurately represent a brand in their answers.
